2NE1 leader CL hinted that they would be making a comeback this April.
2NE1 to Make Comeback this April? 'Working on Album Concept'
Yesterday, CL held an interview with U.S. Billboard. During the
interview, she commented, "We are planning on making a comeback this
April. We are still working on the title song and overall concept for
the album."
She also added, "After our comeback, I'd like to release my own solo
album. I want to show my own style that I can't show when I am a part of
a group."
When asked about the new song, CL commented, "It will be like most 2NE1 songs, fun and upbeat."
She also added that she was proud of other YG artists such as Big Bang and Psy who are making it big around the globe.
